Brewing tips

Add approx. 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of your infusion blend to your tea pot, steeper or flask. Pour on some boiling water and leave to stand to release all the natural goodness. The longer you leave it, the better it gets!

You can expect to get 2-3 cups from each brew as the infusion continues to release its goodness. Just top up with hot water and enjoy.

What a discovery and a treat!

I received my box this week and have started to make my way through these delicious teas. I have been grateful to the Hale Herbalist for her advice as to which teas to try for various situations. I will be sending some to my daughter at university to ease exam stress! I look forward to making my way through the rest of the box as the ones I have tried so far are winners!
