This blend of organic or ethically sourced herbs promotes sleep and tranquillity for both the body and mind. It includes chamomile, lemonbalm, lemon verbena, limeflower, and liquorice root, all of which possess calming properties that support the body in achieving rest and restoration on a deeper level. We recommend this blend if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or insomnia.
Our 65g bag will make approx 40 fresh cups. However, you can get 2-3 cups from each brew by simply adding more hot water, the spices and roots continuing to release their goodness. 1tsp costs approx. 20p or less. Our large refill bags are even better value for money.

Add approx. 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of your infusion blend to your tea pot, steeper or flask. Pour on some boiling water and leave to stand to release all the natural goodness. The longer you leave it, the better it gets!
You can expect to get 2-3 cups from each brew as the infusion continues to release its goodness. Just top up with hot water and enjoy.
