This infusion is a nourishing blend of herbs, including raspberry leaf, red clover, hibiscus, sage, chamomile, rosa damascena, lemonbalm, and liquorice root. It is designed to support women in achieving hormonal balance and overall well-being in daily life. This blend can be enjoyed at any age or stage in life.
Our 55g bag will make approx 40 fresh cups. However, you can get 2-3 cups from each brew by simply adding more hot water, the spices and roots continuing to release their goodness. 1tsp costs approx. 20p or less. Our large refill bags are even better value for money.

Brewing tips
Add approx. 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of your infusion blend to your tea pot, steeper or flask. Pour on some boiling water and leave to stand to release all the natural goodness. The longer you leave it, the better it gets!
You can expect to get 2-3 cups from each brew as the infusion continues to release its goodness. Just top up with hot water and enjoy.
