This blend of herbs is designed to nourish the heart. It includes Calendula, Limeflower, Rosa Damascena, Lemonbalm, and Liquorice root, all gently blended and infused with healing energy. Each packet is prepared with care and love.This gentle blend promotes harmony, healing, and calm during times of stress and anxiety. These herbs work to help ease deep emotions like grief and upset.
This is a blend which reminds us to be kind to ourselves.
Our 50g bag will make approx 40 fresh cups. However, you can get 2-3 cups from each brew by simply adding more hot water, the spices and roots continuing to release their goodness. 1tsp costs approx. 20p or less. Our large refill bags are even better value for money.

Add approx. 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of your infusion blend to your tea pot, steeper or flask. Pour on some boiling water and leave to stand to release all the natural goodness. The longer you leave it, the better it gets!
You can expect to get 2-3 cups from each brew as the infusion continues to release its goodness. Just top up with hot water and enjoy.
