Fill a heat proof bowl with hot/boiling water and add a spoonful of the blended flowers, let stew for a few minutes then pop your head over the bowl and drape a towel over your head to trap in the steam
Be careful not to let your face touch the hot water and keep your face at a distance that is comfortable for you to benefit from the steam.
Steam your face for 5-15 minutes. Splash your face with cold water and dry off.
